SEA Cadets marked the 203rd anniversary of the Battle of Trafalgar and the death of Admiral Lord Nelson with a traditional Trafalgar Night Dinner.

Ruislip Sea Cadets, based in Cordingley Road, Ruislip, held the dinner on Friday, October 17 and over 40 staff, parents, and supporters of TS Pelican sat down for the three-course meal.

Mess President Alison Watkins, who organised the event, said: "I've attended Trafalgar Night dinners in the past but organising one is a completely new experience.

"However, everything went smoothly, the food was hot, the support tremendous and the company excellent. We even made a profit on the evening which will go towards boosting Unit funds."

We'd like to hear from you.
