Unsafe post box is closed

A RUISLIP post box has been closed due to health and safety reasons.

Royal Mail could not elaborate on the reasons but have said the post box outside the post office in High Street, Ruislip, will reopen on December 27.

A Royal Mail spokesperson said: "We apologise to customers for any inconvenience caused.

"The nearest post boxes are Pembroke Road and Ruislip High Street."
