A DAY of fun activities for the whole family is being held at a library to raise money for charity.

On September 26 Manor Farm Library, in Bury Street, Ruislip, will play host to a huge range of activities to raise funds for the Mayor of Hillingdon's charities.

The activities will include storytime with the Mayor, Shirley Harper-O'Neill, craft sessions and cartoon workshops, tea and cakes and a jazz concert with the Stardust Big Band to finish off the day.

The Mayor's charities are Age Concern, EAR4U, which offers help to anyone affected by deafness, and P3, whose Hillingdon-based projects provide a range of holistic services for young people in the borough experiencing a number of issues that could ultimately lead to social exclusion.

We'd like to hear from you.
